Toledo has won three straight, most recently defeating Wisconsin-Milwaukee 63-59 on Sunday at Savage Arena.
Northwestern has won four of its last five contests and is coming off an 88-70 win over Northern Arizona on Sunday.
The Rockets are 2-3 as the visitor this season, while Northwestern is 7-0 at home.
The Wildcats knocked off Toledo 73-64 in its season-opener last season at Savage Arena.
The Rockets are fueled offensively by senior F Melissa Goodall (13.5 points per game), junior PG Naama Shafir (12.8 ppg) and senior G Jessica Williams (10.8 ppg).
Northwestern features four players scoring in double figures, led by 6-5 senior F Amy Jaeschke’s 24.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 4.2 blocks per game.
