You know, they say to keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
What they don't tell you is what in the world you're supposed to do with your siblings.
Like, you know, when your brother shoots at you.
Someone should figure that out and pass along the advice to John Jacob, who was shot at on Monday, allegedly by his brother.
Charles Jacobs, 46, of 3601 Hill Ave., is charged with one count of felonious assault. He was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court on Tuesday and ordered to remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
According to court records, Charles allegedly shot one time at John, his brother, during an argument at the Hill Avenue address.
Police reported finding a handgun and a shell casing.
No injuries were reported, but the bullet did pierce a wall, police said.
With brothers like these, who needs frenemies?
