Berry's bond set in shooting

Reginald Berry, 48, of 1114 Klondike, was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court this week after being accused of shooting David Gordon in a foot.

Berry, charged with one count each of felonious assault, domestic violence, and assault, was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $90,000 bond. A surety bond in the full amount was posted Tuesday.

Police allege that Berry shot Gordon in a foot on Tuesday morning.

The victim reportedly told police he went to the Klondike residence because he believed the suspect was harming Gordon's mother.

The suspect, according to court records, is dating Gordon's mother.
