There's plenty of speculation as to what Denard Robinson's future will be once he departs the University of Michigan, but one thing is almost for certain - Denard Robinson is going to get drafted by an NFL team.
And, of course, Robinson is making the media rounds in the weeks leading up to the NFL Draft, which will be held April 25-27 in New York City. On Friday he sat down with Jim Rome to discuss his future, and while we've heard most of what Robinson has had to say before, Rome brought up something interesting - in December, Gil Brandt, the director of player personnel for the Dallas Cowboys, told the Associated Press he projected Robinson at cornerback.
Cornerback? Robinson didn't throw last Thursday at Michigan's pro day in Ann Arbor, but worked out at tailback, wide receiver and as a returner.
"I feel whatever they draft me as, that's what I'm going to play as," Robinson told Rome.
