I didn't have my favorite photographer available to take photos of fans tailgating before the Falcons' contest against Rhode Island. So I had to do the work myself. Check out the photos to see if I took a photo of YOU before the contest ...
And since it was OK to not get IDs before the first game, I didn't get any identifications either. So if you see someone you know, click on the "comments" link below and identify them!
Here we go ... OK, I will admit right off that this photo is a set-up. Michael Henry asked that I look him up at the stadium, so I did. This photo is the result -- hard to tell this group starting tailgating at 7:30 a.m., isn't it? From the left, it's Dave Hoffman, Jeremiah Frank, Don Fiegel, Michael Henry, Ron Teutsch, Johann from Germany, Laura Aker, Zaine Fiegel, and Laura Teutsch.
OK, this next pair of photos go together, because there were so many people I couldn't fit them all in one photo. You'll notice there are a lot of player uniforms in this photo ... because there are parents of players in this photo! My apologies to Paul Swan's mother, Maribeth Swan, for having that pole right in the middle of her face. Yeesh, photographers!
This next photo is from the parents' tailgate as well ... you may not recognize everyone, but surely you recognize the guy in the back wearing a blue checked shirt, don't you? You got it, that's Ben Bojicic!
By the way, don't blame the young man who is looking away when I actually clicked the shutter. I turned the camera off at one point trying to take the pictures, so there were multiple takes. Again, photographers!
Here is the second photo from that group. If you notice, the folks at the far right of this photo look VERY similar to the folks to the far left of the first photo. Crowd shots aren't my specialty, you know?
Did you see yourself or your friends in one of these photos? Use the "comments" area at the bottom of this page to identify everyone you know. And if you would like to have YOUR photo taken at the tailgate before the Oct. 13 game against Miami, let me know be leaving a comment or sending an e-mail to [email protected].
