The answer to Tuesday's question? The BG women's basketball team opens Mid-American Conference play Wednesday after going 10-3 in the non-conference schedule. This marks the sixth consecutive season the Falcons have posted double-digit non-conference wins. How many times have the other 11 Mid-American Conference women's basketball teams accomplished that feat? Miami also has 10 non-conference wins this season -- for the first time in school history -- to make the total five: Eastern Michigan has done it twice, and both Kent State and Toledo have done it once.

the last time BGSU women's basketball team had a freshman starter was the 2007-08 season. I believe there were 3 freshman starters at the beginning of the year. Lauren Prochaska, Chelsea Alberts and Crystal Murdaugh.
