Rasmussen Poll shows Romney-Obama tied

A poll by Rasmussen Reports taken Tuesday (Oct. 23) has President Obama and Republican Mitt Romney tied at 48 percent among Ohio "likely voters."

The poll says 3 percent are undecided and 2 percent support another candidate.

Rasmussen's poll from Oct. 17 showed Obama ahead 49-48.

Both polls had a 4-point margin of error.
