A poll by Rasmussen Reports contends Mitt Romney is ahead of Barack Obama in the quest for Ohio's 18 electoral votes.
Republican Romney beats Democrat Obama 46% to 44%.
Rasmussen's poll was taken of 500 Likely Voters on May 29, 2012 - not a huge sample.
The margin of error is plus or minus 4.5 percent, which means Obama could actually be in the lead.
Ohio's electoral votes are considered crucial to either candidate to winning the 270 electoral votes to win the election.
