They become signage in church festivals, in this case the Our Lady of Perpetual Help festival in South Toledo June 1-3, 2012. The other side of Jeff Simpson's sign displays the prices of hamburgers, hot dogs, elephant ears, and french fries.
(Simpson came in 4th out of 10 people running in 2007 for council District 2. The winner was D. Michael Collins.)
