Herman Cain had a special request before he spoke to Tea Party backers and the GOP faithful assembled at the Lucas County Republican Party's Lincoln Day Dinner Friday night -- a bottle of Black Velvet.
"After a couple shots he really had the crowd going," one top GOP official told The Blade.
